  • Directed all external and financial communications for LLA and its operating companies (C&W, LCPR, CT, CWP, VTR), partnering with Investor Relations, M&A, Finance, and Legal to strengthen corporate reputation and stakeholder confidence.

  • Shaped and executed communications strategies for major corporate milestones, including seven M&A transactions, 15 quarterly earnings, and key ESG initiatives, aligning messaging with leadership priorities and market positioning.

  • Led the creation and approval of corporate, M&A, and financial disclosures, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-impact communications that elevated brand visibility across global markets.
